The brainchild of Elvia Cox, its Founder and Principal. Elvia has had a flair for decorating since her teenage years when her friends and relatives routinely called on her for decorating ideas. After other career endeavors Elvia decided to return to her early love, moving into the field of professional interior redesign. She trained under the auspices of Interior Designer Barbara Bain in Jacksonville, Florida. There she qualified as a Certified Interior Redesigner, a designation conferred by I.R.I.S (Interior Redesign Industry Specialists), having demonstrated competency in the foundational principles of Interior Redesign.
Elvia has home staged and redesigned homes in New Jersey, Maryland, New York and Florida. She enjoys utilizing the "treasures" in clients' homes and repurposing them into a fresh look. She has attended product information sessions conducted by Sherwin Williams and other paint companies. This has given her unique insights is such matters as color selection and finishes. She has also participated in various workshops at the Marketplace Design Center in Philadelphia. Elvia gets a thrill seeing the excitement on the faces of her clients at the conclusion of a project. She has been highly commended by clients for her ideas. As one excited client commented, "I never would have thought of doing it that way!!!"
